All payments for SOS Affiliate program support are based on your sales on a “pay as you go” basis. Unlike franchises and other staffing support programs there are no upfront fees– if you are selected to be a SOS an Affiliate!

Patton McGinley
President
Patton is a creative leader and entrepreneur with 30 years of executive management experience from the hotel, private club, hospitality and light industrial staffing industries. A believer in strong leadership and teamwork to create and execute solutions which create customer value and competitive advantages.
Over the last 20 years, Patton has built a national staffing company that services hundreds of hospitality staffing client. Patton has experience recruiting and staffing many light industrial positions in addition to the traditional hotel/hospitality positions. Patton has also managed staffing insurances, payroll funding and back office admin functions for thousands of W-2 employees.
Bess Shapiro
SOS Affiliate Social Media Content Developer
Bess has a strong background in workers’ comp and occupational safety and health, with a particular emphasis on regulatory and legislative impacts. For 10 years she reported and wrote on these subjects for newsletters geared toward staffing and employment issues. Bess uses her expertise to write White Papers on these topics that are posted on affiliates social media platforms in order to generate sales for each Affiliate.
David Schek
SOS Affiliate Adviser
In 1989, David Schek developed and operated Culi Services, a nationwide staffing and human resource company. For 18 years, Culi-Services serviced thousands of clients and employed tens of thousands of light industrial / hospitality workers annually in 35 states. His company grew into a 65-office Affiliate based staffing business, servicing 40 markets and generating 27M in sales. David sold the business in 2004, and today advises staffing companies on their Affiliate programs and staffing insurances. David has worked with over 450 new staffing firms since 1989 on their insurance needs.
Vicu Schek
SOS Affiliate Social Media Content Developer
Vicu has more than 5 years experience in the staffing industry under the tutelage of David Schek. Vicu specializes in social media content creation and creative development of content for Linked In and Instagram pages.Vicu develops content for SOS Affiliates and then posts them on social media platforms in order to garner “followers” and sales for SOS Affiliates. Vicu also creates exciting staffing/ employment videos that SOS will post on your social media
